The Castle in the Sand Hotel is an Ocean City, Maryland hotel that has long been a popular family vacation resort in Ocean City, Maryland. It’s reputation stands out among other Ocean City hotels. The Castle has a tradition of offering guests affordable, comfortable accommodations in an oceanfront setting. Many of our guests return every year to enjoy this oceanfront resort and all of its amenities.

In September 2004, Adam Showell and his sister, Ann Showell Mariner, purchased The Green Turtle Club Resort and Marina, and began many great years entertaining family and friends.  Today Adam and his three children:  Adam Jr., Sarah Ann and Hannah spend time together at The Club along with their families.  The Club’s long-standing tradition of being a family-run business continues with Sarah Ann, having completed her MBA from Rollins College, now joining her father in the owner’s role of The Green Turtle Club.
