The Castle in the Sand Hotel is the best place to make your Ocean City, MD vacation luxurious and special, with five-star amenities such as our Olympic-sized outdoor pool, plus poolside food and beverage service. Take a break from the waves and relax at our 25-meter swimming pool— one of the largest in Ocean City, MD! Guests of all ages will love jumping off the diving board and exploring depth ranges from 3-12 feet.
Our large outdoor pool is exclusively available to guests of the Castle in the Sand Hotel and has certified lifeguards on duty from 8 a.m. to dusk during the summer. Pool towels are provided for hotel guests inside the pool area. Beach towels are not provided.
Changing rooms and a shower are available at the pool, which guests can use before and after checking in and out of their hotel room to soak up every minute of their stay in OCMD.
From our outdoor pool, you can hear the tunes from the afternoon band, or other entertainment, playing on the Coconuts Bar and Grill patio. Coconuts servers provide food and beverage service around the pool deck, with a full menu of sandwiches, wraps, appetizers, cocktails, beer, and soft drinks.
Pool towels are provided for hotel guests inside the pool area. Beach towels are not provided so please plan to bring beach towels with you.
