The Castle in the Sand Hotel offers a variety of accommodations in Ocean City including ocean city maryland condo rentals. The Castle has five privately owned condominium units in the Sovereign Sea Condominium building available for your Ocean City vacation rental. These units are located on 37th Street, on the ocean block, one half block from the beach and directly across 37th Street from The Castle in the Sand Hotel.
Each unit has two bedrooms, two full baths, living room/dining room/kitchen combination, with a sleep sofa in the living room. These units are tastefully decorated with a queen size bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom. The kitchens are fully equipped. There is a washer and dryer in each unit. Flat Screen TV’s are located in the living room and the master bedroom. First floor units have a spacious north-facing balcony but the ocean view is obstructed. Units on floors 3 and 4 have an ocean view from the spacious north facing balcony. Units have central air conditioning and heat. Bed linens and bath towels are provided. Daily housekeeping services are not provided on weekly rentals. There is one assigned parking space per unit. Rented Sunday to Sunday.
Weekly Rate, Up to Six Guests, $3,050 plus tax
